  1. this saved messages/ canned responses disappears after one day in my
    gmail , a bug?

  2. Steve,

I have learned more in the last 2 days watching your video’s than I have in
the last 4 years using gmail on a daily basis…..Thank you for sharing!

  3. This is great information. I send out introduction and instruction letters
for online studies. I receive 5 or so new students weekly. Canned messages
is going to save hours of time.

  4. First video i watched from you.
    Great video and helpful features.
    keep them coming.

  5. I thoroughly enjoy your videos! Please keep them coming. A few add-ons to
your video: 1) you can actually change the number of seconds for the undo
send feature in the settings under the “general” tab. 2) Canned responses
can also be used as signatures for different occasions. The process is
similar. That leads me to a question – do you know another way to set up
    multiple signatures?

  6. You are my second favourite Dotto in the entire world. Parents and children
    excluded. 😉

  7. typo/mistake in Bio. It should be 15 years, not 15 year. Great video.

  8. Thanks for reminding me of these features, Steve. I have them enabled, but
forget to use. I sure wish gmail would add a “recall” lab, though, for the
times that I get more/different information after sending but before the
    other person reads.

  9. Tips for free tools is good bit why not tips about OSx tools like how to
integrate calendar between iOS devices and OSx platforms

  10. wow! I’m so glad I found you here! I used to watch you on TV and was so
upset when your show was gone. Keep up the great work, I always learn
    something new.
